Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

All items are replaced/returned within 7 days of delivery. You can avail replacement, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you on arrival.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

We will contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement/refund. Post initiating a successful return, a prepaid return label will be issued for package pick-up.

Replacement will be shipped on receiving the defective/damaged item and post inspection.
Refunds:

All refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of the order cancelled, refused and returned.

  • Return freight must be arranged by you for all such returns.
  • A 25% Restocking Fee will be charged on all cancelled/refused returns.
  • Special order / Clearance Sale items and discontinued items are not returnable.

There will be NO Replacement and Refund on Innerwear, Jewellery and Wellness products.
